For contact centers: transit, paratransit and service desks

AI voice for call centers that books, not just answers

AiPRL answers your calls, books and cancels in your own system, and hands the rest to your agents with the conversation attached. Supervisors can listen, coach or take over any call. At a paratransit call center it has handled 9,146 calls since Aug 3, 2026 and booked 1,425 rides.

What callers ask, and how it's answered

    Book me a ride Tuesday.

Booked and confirmed in your system: 721 rides by the AI alone, 704 more started before a handoff.

    Where's my ride?

Answered from the live trip: 784 of 1,554 calls answered in full by the AI.

    ¿Habla español?

Yes. 376 calls in Spanish, 44% resolved with no agent.

    When the booking window opens

Calls surge the moment booking opens. The AI answers them all at once, so riders don't wait on hold.

What happens when a caller wants a person?

The call goes to your agents with the conversation attached. Asking for a person is counted as the caller's choice, never as a call the AI resolved.

    Can supervisors listen in?

Yes. A supervisor can listen to any live call, coach the agent privately, or take it over.

    Does it speak Spanish?

Yes. At one paratransit call center, 376 calls came in Spanish and 44% were resolved with no agent.

    How do you count "resolved"?

Only when the caller's request was fully met and confirmed, with no person involved. Transfers and tickets are counted separately, never as completions.
