    The problem

Six showrooms on one phone number, answered by the people who sell. Order-status and product calls pulled staff off the floor, and calls after close went to voicemail.

    What we did

    1. Put AiPRL on the main line, web chat, text and social.

    2. Connected the POS, so order status comes from the order itself.

    3. Relaunched on July 28, 2026, with the retailer's own rules for which calls go straight to staff.
